SG Click Exchange Terms of Service

Description of Service:

SG Click Exchange is a service for webmasters who wish to increase their traffic through the use of an exit link on their site. For every 3 users that leave a members site, that user gets 2 credits, that will eventually be traded in for 2 hits from another members site (all calculations are automatically done by the system).

THIS IS CURRENTLY A BETA. Therefore, we cannot make any guarantees, nor predict how long this service will be available.

What you may do:

You may modify the Exit link, so that it is any size you wish (from huge to extremely small) and says anything you want on it, so long as the user understands he is leaving your site. Examples are provided on your report page.

What you may not do:

You may not trick the user into clicking on your link; he must understand he is going somewhere else.

You cannot click on your own link more than once within any twelve hour period (twice within any 24 hour period).

No Warez, Pornographic, MP3, Sites with illegal or questionable/offensive content are allowed to join Click Exchange. We do however allow all other types of service, no matter how little traffic or click throughs they may get.

You must log in to your account at least once every 90 days, or it will be considered inactive, and removed from our database.
